As projects evolve through the design process, the SAT Project Manager or Project Coordinator is responsible for providing Facilities Designers with budget projections and maintenance estimates.

As the first point of contact for external work requests and as the distributor of service work, Help Desk staff function as the primary liaison and communication medium between SAT units, campus security liaisons, and external customers.

SAT provides consultation and design templates to external design engineers to ensure that projects are equipped with infrastructure that allows for owner provided security systems.

Our team engages with licensed security integration vendors who have prequalified through an RFP process and deemed qualified to provide systems capable of integrating into the security network at NC State.
