As projects evolve through the design process, the SAT Project Manager or Project Coordinator is responsible for providing Facilities Designers with budget projections and maintenance estimates.

As the first point of contact for external work requests and as the distributor of service work, Help Desk staff function as the primary liaison and communication medium between SAT units, campus security liaisons, and external customers.
