Project Management

The SAT Project Manager is responsible for the turn-key design, quote, installation and delivery. The SAT Operations Manager will evaluate staff resources, work schedules, and maintenance to make suggestions on available resources to deliver internal projects.

Vendor Engagement

For projects where the installation is completed by a pre-qualified security integrator, the SAT Project Manager works closely with the vendor. SAT provides the project scope, hardware schedules, and drawings, and walks the job site with the vendor. The SAT Project Manager reviews the vendor’s estimate, oversees the work and verifies project completion.

Project Oversight and Delivery

The SAT Project Manager attends construction meetings to address security scope, coordinates security vendor attendance at construction meetings and oversees SAT vendor’s interface with the project. The SAT Project Manager also reviews the field installation work and verifies project completion.
