Design/Construction Docs
SAT participates throughout the design process from the initial site assessment through the preparation of the construction documents. The SAT Project Manager or Project Coordinator is responsible for providing the Facilities/Capital Project Management team with the security design, hardware schedules, installation templates, budget projections and maintenance estimates.
Formal Proposals
On large installations, our team engages with licensed security integrators who have prequalified through an RFP process. They provide formal proposals based upon the security drawings and specifications already prepared by SAT’s Project Manager.
